From a South African Perspective

SuperForex has been named in warnings by several financial regulators, including Spain’s CNMV in June 2024, New Zealand’s FMA in November 2024 and Japan’s FSA in December 2024, for offering trading services without authorisation in those countries.

SuperForex is not authorised by the FSCA. The broker operates through Finateqs Corp in Belize, and a leading broker database lists that Belize licence as no longer authorised. South African clients have no local regulatory protection and no access to the FAIS Ombud.

SuperForex is known for MetaTrader 4, a US$1 minimum deposit and leverage up to 1:2000, but reviewers flag restrictive bonus-linked withdrawal conditions. We do not recommend it. Use an FSCA-authorised broker instead.
